How can I make a reservation?

How can I pick up a vehicle?

Your reservation is immediately forwarded to the relevant office and the most suitable NATES vehicle is reserved for you. You can go to the office with your reservation information.

How can I leave the vehicle?


At the end of your rental period, it is sufficient to drive the vehicle to the place you specified earlier. You can deliver the vehicle to any NATES station you wish. Please contact the reservation officer for the one-way fee, as the reception station and return station are different. If you have any questions or problems during the rental period, you can contact our authorized employees at the phone number given to you.

Can I get the vehicle I reserved for sure?


Reservations are made on a group basis and there is no brand/brand guarantee. If the vehicle in the group is not available on the date you make the reservation, an upper segment vehicle will be provided at the same price.

What is required to fill out a contract?

Your driver's license (even if you come from abroad, your passport), your credit card registered in your name, your address and telephone information are processed by our staff in our contract. Please ask for a copy of your signed rental agreement showing the rental amount and deposit.

Can I rent with someone else's credit card?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent with a registered loan to someone else. The credit card holder must come to the office with you.

Can my friends/wife/relative use the car?

If the vehicle will be used by persons other than the tenant, this will only be possible if the driver's license information of the additional driver(s) is specified in the rental agreement and the additional driver fee is paid. Otherwise and/or in the event of an accident, all insurances will be void and both the lessor and the person driving the vehicle will be jointly and severally liable.

Do you have a mileage limit on your vehicles?

The usage right is 300 km for daily car rental and 3,000 km for monthly car rental (400 and 4,000 km for van type vehicles, respectively). For longer distances, you can purchase our mileage packages. Detailed information can be obtained from our reservation center.

How is your price policy determined?

We have a dynamic and variable price policy depending on the instant demand and density in the requested region.

Is there any other form of payment other than credit card and what are the terms of the credit card?

A credit card is required for all rentals under NATES. Credit card, cash, debit card, virtual card, title deed, etc. Other payment methods are not accepted. The reason for requesting a credit card is traffic fines, highway tolls, rent extension requests, damage costs, etc.
Double credit card application is available for upper segment vehicles. Detailed information can be obtained from our reservation center.

Can I rent with credit card points?

It is not possible to rent a car with credit card points at NATES.

When will the refund be reflected on my credit card in case of reservation cancellation?

The return request is notified to the bank within 24 hours. The money will be transferred to your account in 5-7 days, depending on the bank's processing speed.

When is the deposit received at the beginning of the rental refunded?

Your deposit will be refunded by NATES when your rental period ends. The refund will be transferred to your account within 3-5 business days, depending on the internal correspondence of the bank. For rentals made with a foreign credit card, the return transfer period is 10-15 business days.

Do vehicles have HGS? How was the toll paid?

All our vehicles have HGS (Fast Pass System). When your rental period expires, HGS usage information is sent by the Directorate of Highways and the toll is collected from the credit card you used for the rental. In the collection process, there are cases where late collection is made because it is affiliated to the Directorate of Highways. In case of passing through the OGS cabin with our HGS-equipped vehicles, illegal passage occurs and is reflected on the user's credit card.

Can campaigns be combined?

Discount, promotion etc. Promotions cannot be combined.
Can I go abroad with the car I rented?

No, our rental cars cannot be taken abroad.

How is the traffic ticket paid in the case of a traffic ticket?

If the traffic ticket has been issued to your TR Identity Number, the driver of the vehicle must make the payment. In the traffic ticket issued on the plate, when the traffic ticket is notified to us, it is paid at a discount and is collected from the credit card of our customers. At the same time, the traffic ticket service fee is also collected.

Do you charge for the days the vehicle is repaired in the event of an accident?

No, we don't. However, the vehicle should not be driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs or outside the legal speed limits. Otherwise, the driver of the vehicle is held responsible for all damages that may occur, and he is obliged to pay the rent lost due to the repair. In the event of an accident, the nearest police or gendarmerie station should be applied without changing the location of the vehicle, and an accident, theft and alcohol detection report should be taken. Otherwise, all insurances purchased will be deemed invalid and damages caused by third parties, including material and moral damages, will be paid by the tenant.

What should I do in case of an accident?

You have to call the nearest police or gendarmerie station and call 0850 221 87 07 NATES without changing the location of the vehicle.
